Associate Professor Matsushima (Shiga University), a joint researcher, presented his research at the Joint Agent Workshop & Symposium, Multi-Agent and Cooperative Computation (MACC) (JAWS2023) held on September 12-14.

Title: A Study of Simulation Models for Resale in a Two-Sided Market-Based Data Distribution Platform

Authors: Hiroyasu Matsushima, Teruaki Hayashi, Hiroki Sakaji, Takumi Shimizu, Yoshiaki Fukami

Abstract: In this study, we discuss the modeling of a simulatable transaction agent for a data distribution market dealing with resalable data goods. Although Nanba's subject experiment observed some interesting phenomena that cannot be explained by theory, due to the limitations of the subject experiment, the number of users, the type of data goods, and the transaction period have not been adequately discussed. We discuss the results of multi-agent simulation to a two-sided market-based data distribution platform with resale.
